What is the best way to beat PharoahMan and NapalmMan and getting their V3 chips?

Here\'s My Scenario:

I\'m trying to get the ThunderMan V3 chip, so I can be able to fight NapalmMan(for those who don\'t know, you need all V3 navi chips, exept for PharaohManV3, to access the guy). The problem is, no matter how many times I beat him, my busting level is at 2-3, with 500 Zenny as a reward. :conf: All I want to know is how and what to use to defeat ThunderManV3 at level S, aight?

What are you sussposed to do? Break all the ice\'s that you can? Does the program who say\'s he\'s taking a day off? Iv\'e benn stuck on that part for 5 month\'s!:conf:

My best chip I got was a santuary * chip. (Thats the chip that lets you turn your whole side to holy pannels reducing damage to one half.) Cool Eh!:eek:

Recently the folks at \"Electronic Gaming Monthly\" decided that MMBN: Transmission was the all time hardest MegaMan game Ever:rolleyes:

Allright I got all the power-ups,and all the HP-memorys in Waterworks and the Dentown networks etc but I still can\'t find the final hp-memory I\'ve went to all the networks and still I can\'t find it,If there any hp-memory you can only get once? I may have forgot one in the internet areas but I\'m not sure
