I can\'t find BassV3. Does anyone know where he is?

a) In the future, Go to GameFAQS

Have your Chip Library at 247/250. So basically get every chip in the game except Bass V2, V3 and LifeAura3.

c) Go to WWW Area 3 and keep wandering around getting into battles until you encounter him.

d) Repeat Steps a through c.

Its not Bass V3 its Bassdelux
