I remember a friend of mine gave me this hacking program specifically for Final Fantasy VI. It was lots of fun. You could customize the characters, music, monsters, change the map, and best of all, edit every single text box. I thought that was the best part. Me and my friends all made our own, though we never got through the whole game.

It was pretty funny. I\'ll have to ask them for some of the dialouge they used sometime. :lol:

I am translating a game...and I have this problem...

When I use a hex editor on the japanese rom,instead of gettin kana or kanji,I got this weird ASCII characters instead. How do I know which ASCII character is the kana word in the game?

Examples of the ASCII characters are ÀŸØ!@

Hey Guys! Did you know you can really mess up some of the Megaman games with certain Passwords? Go to Megaman Homepage And in the Game Hints section, there will be some Passwords that the Creator, Mandi Paugh has laid out as part of the Hints. In some of the Passwords Section, there is a link you can go to called \'A Generator\'. From here, you can make up a password for certain Megaman titles only. Try some of the NES ones or MMX3 and MM7.
