Yep only difference is the souls and Giga Chips and some mega chips only count on Blue Moon and some only count on Red Sun, but you still can get them on both

I say t get Red Sun since most of the soulds on Red Sun is better such as Search Soul you can shuffle your chips and make it easier to get the chips for a P.A.
