Hey guys for those of you who don\'t know Naruto: Narutimate Warrior (Yes, that\'s the title) is headed state side thik Budokai Naruto version it will be released sometime next year. There are 14 playable characters including Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Kakashi, Rock Lee, Shikamaru (did I spell that right) and others. So anyone gonna get it.
Edit: Zabuza andHaku are playable too.

Well...considering the number of Naruto games in Japan, one had to come out here eventually...and for which console is it? GC, PS2 or GBA?

Hm...I bet Bandai is behind it. That company is on the list od developers I dislike right on up there with Infogrames (now know as Atari).

The Naruto games in Japan have always been pretty good but I fear this release may tarnish the reputation.

Hm..this seems interesting..a Naruto game wouldn\'t be too bad, appearntly, a majority of Naruto games will be release to the US soon, some for GBA, some for PS2 and Gamecube..etc. I\'m DEFFINATLY buying this.

lets just hope they don\'t mess it up like most of these anime games.DAMMIT!!! if they\'re really gonna make a Naruto game at least make descent.:madgo:

Hey stupid I posted that THeir is a NAruto game that\'s what the topic is about.

I for one absolutly looooove Narultimate Hero 2 :miam:

Just a quick run down of the game.. (Narultimate Hero2, I havn\'t played the first but they should be similar )

It has all the characters up to around ep140~ and one or two extra variations of some characters. Roughly 30 characters altogether when you unlock all of them.

The game is entirely focused on fighting, even tho there is a story mode you usually have to fight it out with some person anyway

Fighting mechanics:
- 16~ playable maps/stages
- Two planes to fight on in each stage (accessible by pressing up/down+jump)
- The fights are played in a side-scrolling view with 3d elements. (think ssbm)
- Every character has a chakara energy bar which they can use to either perform a simple jutsu or to power up and unleash a world of pain

Chakara using techniques/jutsu\'s are simply \"moves\" such as Kakashi\'s trademarked \"One Thousand Years of PAIN\" :devil: (fun to use just for the humiliation factor )

Specials can use up to 3 levels in the chakara bar (each taking one third of the bar). Once a character has charged up to the desired level special and lands one single hit, the game goes to a cutscene mode where both players must tap a certain button as fast has humanly possible to get more/less damage (within time limit). The faster the person performing the special taps, the more damage is added. If the defender taps faster than the attacker, the damage will be reduced and the special may be inturrupted and the game will return to the normal fighting mode.
(my personal record is 46 for button and 38 for rotating the analogue sticks :miam: )

For characters which don\'t have specials they will instead power up and move/attack faster and harder than normal.


My recommendation... buy the game as soon as it comes out! There\'s much fun to be had!

Sorry, it\'s just confusing with all the long pauses and periods.

It\'s because I kept remembering things like: \"I will not spend any more money then I already have until I go through Fanime and the PS3!\" Then I think about how I want games such as this, but I can\'t buy them until later.....

This is just gonna be a great game seires,thats clearly put...
