It's called "Lighting Effects" If you are in the light, the colors appear brighter! Either that, or you have some pretty whacked out eyes....It's ORANGE because it is not the original body.........

It's all an effect of lighting. The wonderment of new age graphics allows light to project onto surfaces differently depending on the source. From a certain angle, it is only reasonable Zero's hair would appear orange. Just like X's armor may appear white, or something to that effect.

Also, pure yellow hair is fairly unrealistic. Orange or brown may be mixed in for added realism.

But his hair changes from deep orange to natural blonde, that just ain't right!

You think that. That 'natural blonde' is just Zero's hair highlighted, he actually probably has dark blonde-orange hair. That's why when Zero's in a dark place his hair appears orange, it all is just deeply shaded.
