Hey, I have 2 problems going on with it.
1) Every time it tries to load a battle etc., it goes to a black screen and freezes, then eventually unfreezes and loads it up, but it takes like 3 minutes! So that really bothers me.... Don\'t say try alt-f4, it didn\'t work. when I press ctrl-alt-delete, it tells me the program is not responding.

2) Probably the most serious problem, when I\'m playing the second mission of campaign, it crashes without any error message and just closes the game! What do I DO!? Do I have a bum copy or what!?

Help would be seriously appreciated.

I have twice the amount of processor speed and ram required, and I just bought it brand new yesterday. I\'m not THAT clumsy with cds! There\'s not a scratch on them. I don\'t think there\'s a glitch in my computer, and the video and sound card are both fine. All the specs for my comp match the required for the game. That\'s why I don\'t get why there\'s a problem! Thanks anyway.

Alright, I got a reply from lucasarts. They say that I need to update my drivers(Sound, video). How do I do that, and how do I figure out who made them?

Best bet is check what graphics card you have then do a search for *name of card* drivers. For example, Radeon Drivers.
