Also does anyone really understand something intersting I \'ve been looking into.? It\'s about thes iillegal immigration issues. Right now we (teh U.S) are dealing with illegal immigrants from MExico., annd the worst part; they now have maps telling wher water and everything is between the borders. I actually saw on someone\'s website that a SPanish TV station put up billboards in L.A. with the words Los Angeles U.S. and U.S. is crossed out and Mexico is written to the side of it. In brief this illegal immigrants are saying that we can\'t force them out of the country with their little protests, and it isn\'t politically correct to deport them all. TEll me what is the right move in your opinion.

On the radio it said that a Primary School in the UK has changed the nursary rhyme \"Baa Baa Black Sheep\" to \"Baa Baa Rainbow Sheep\" because it\'s not politically correct to refer to something as \"black\". :rolleyes: That\'s just pathetic in my oppinion.

Modesty? Eh, it depends. I mean, sure I am just that awesome but I can\'t go around saying it all the time.

They are illegal, therefore not legal, therefore breaking the law, therefore they should be dealt with.

There\'s a lot of reason we need courtesy, God. Open criticism irritates people. Seriously. It makes many people outraged if you just make a list of every single thing they do wrong flat out. And why wouldn\'t it? It\'s a natural human reaction to get angry when people are inconsiderate, or for that matter, if they just don\'t care. I know, the latter is less logical than the first, since they really don\'t come under any phillipic by that option, but it can anger people all the same (oeakakiers who recieve no comments, for example).

In commenting on other people\'s artwork, you have to be courteous if you want to get your points across. For instance, let\'s say that the person has a great deal of glaring, obvious problems in their artwork. You don\'t have to butter them up and say \"That looks great!\", persay, but there\'s no reason you have to just systematicly list off every single problem. Simply reward him on points that do look good, and then politely tell him what\'s off.

Sounds a little too goody-goody and lacking proper return? Here\'s the reasoning behind it: if you tell him everything he did wrong blunty and/or rudely, he\'ll completely miss everything and deny those points are wrong because he\'s too angry to read your comments in depth. There\'s a very good reason for courtesy here: even if you have to leave out a few points of critique to avoid irritating the guy, he\'ll still get a lot more out of it than if you listed out every single one.

And that\'s just one example of the necessity of courtesy. There are many others...

Actually they think it refers to black slaves picking cotton in the fields, so they changed it (so I heard).

Now, not to be un-PC haha but I do believe if the \"black sheep\" was a slave, the rhyme most likely would have reflected the way slaves were portrayed.. The black sheep doesn\'t go \"yessuh yessuh t\'ree bags full\"

BTW, Oprah really pissed me off the other day. She claimed that anybody who said that they thought people were equal and who said that they didn\'t care about race were putting on a facade.
