Kirby\'s Adventure. That is one of THE games to make a good NES collection.

Kirby\'s Adventure automatically has my vote, with a mention to the GBA remake Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland. The remake managed to be as solid as the original title, which is quite a feat to pull off. The gameplay in both versions is so tight, it nevers feels like you died because of sloppy controls. The graphics were impressive for the NES, too.

I absolutely LOVED Kirby\'s Adventure when I was younger, and it remained a personal favorite all through my gaming life. Up until about a year ago when it died permanently I would still sit back and pop in the old cart from time to time and spend the 20 minutes of blowing, prodding, sweet-talking, and massaging it takes to make my NES work but it was always worth it. The ROM just isn\'t the same to me...

And while I liked the remake on the GBA they left out the mini games. WTF is up with that? I want my crane game dang it! I want to eat eggs and not bombs! If you\'re going to remake a game, don\'t leave out the bits that made it so special...

Actually, Kirby Super Star has my vote, but followed closely by Kirby\'s Adventure.

Kirby Super Star was AMAZING. Is that the one with... never mind, I\'ll never be able to remember. It had powers like Yo-Yo and Plasma, right?

I liked the GBA one too. Playing Kirby multiplayer is always more fun. :)

There are two Kirby games available for the GBA: Nightmare in Dreamland and The Amazing Mirror.

The particular one GBA game I spoke of was Nightmare in Dreamland. I never tried Mirror.

Most of the bosses in Dreamland kept the particular charm they normally possess.
My favorite enemy might be plain ol\' Waddle Doo (or Dee? The one with the big eye). Parasol power is pretty useful, and eye beams rock as usual.

Yep, that was one of my favorite abilities. What\'s better than slashing and throwing a kunai? I know! Using pro-wresting moves on enemies!

Kirby Super Star was great! I\'d been wanting to call it \"All-Star.\":P Fighter Joe is a great puncher. Most games nowadays don\'t even have a punching ability, neverless Fighter Joe. Or was he Karate Joe, I can\'t remember? I will say one thing: I\'m glad the feather power\'s gone though, I didn\'t really like that one too much... All the wrestling styles were good. I really love that backdrop one where you flip the guy over backwards. Nice stuff there.

There\'s a really cool older boss I remember from one of the games on the collection whom apparently my brother has forgotten. He\'s this guy who\'s like a face in the background, and he has these floating rocky hands. He rains down boulders from his fingertips and stuff. He was awesome, although that cloud guy with the one eye\'s also generally a very good enemy. He\'s usually a bit tougher than the bosses before him, not that Kirby really tends to be all that challenging of a game. Maybe challenging if you\'re going for score.

Crystal shards for the N64 was fun, or at least, it had some interesting powers. Combining powers, while cliche\', was a pretty nice idea. It would have been fun if other people had gotten to do more though. You don\'t really feel like you get to know the others who are supposed to be travelling with you. I\'m still not sure whether Art was a guy or not.

EDIT: Oh, that\'s right, Knuckle Joe!
