X7 can\'t be available in ROM format, so your point is moot.


To dell: You can get some software that takes any standard gamepad and maps the keyboard to it, allowing you to use your gamepad with any game, even if it doesn\'t officially support it. You can try a search on the Internet to find some. As a start, try VGS Joy, maybe that would do the trick for you.

crap, coulda been such a better game alot in many ways... Capcom screwed X7... it has to be remade on psp into a directors cut or something because it was so annoying and cheesy!!! I liked X1 thru X6 and X8 the most.. X7 WAS the only annoying play control and cheap gameplay.. it was OK but I was truthfully disapointed with X7.......... :sick:

It was like Pandora's Box. And now we have no Immortal area. Way to go.

Sure, they had their flaws, but I loved X7's controls - for once we have a game that works harmoniously between 2D and 3D. The graphics were beyond amazing, and the bosses that they were able to add were great with the 3D (save Tornado Tonion, of course).

That was the only major control problem - the turning SUCKED. I admit, that stank. But the level setup itself was god, but the controls made it bad...
