Homestarrunner is really all I check. Nearly the only place you can be assured clean, hilarious cartoons. Plus, hey, the characters have lasting value.

Most of the sites you posted are about reposting Flash animations, and often don\'t even involve the creator(s). Newgrounds, for example, is not a Flash maker: it\'s just a site regrouping many different animations and Flash games at the same place.

Legendary Frog 4 Life. Joseph Blanchette is pretty talented. Anyone remember one of his flash movies (I think it was The One Ring to Rule Them All pt. 3) where he had an extra to show how he got started and everything? That one was really funny. I love all of his flash movies, some of my favorites being TORtRTA, all of the FF flashes, the Matrix series, and uhh... Everything else.
