I think it\'s time to be honest with people. Guys, most of you take yourselves waaay too seriously. Every time I come here anymore, it\'s a flamefest of some sort. \"This topic was already here. This topic\'s pointless. You\'re stupid, you\'re wrong, blah, blah, blah.\" That\'s the impression I get. I haven\'t been here much lately; I found a message board where people *gasp* enjoy themselves; randomness, humor, serious matters- it doesn\'t matter. There is an entire board dedicated to debate, and you know what? Everyone debates with a clear head. No one attacks each other. I can be free, along with everyone else, to state my clear opinion without worry that a half dozen people are going to flame it.

I admit, I was pretty gung-ho for awhile here, too, taking myself too seriously, but I\'ve learned, and maybe it\'s time you all did, too. There are some people here that I\'m starting to think simply cannot not try to imply they\'re better/ smarter/ all-knowing... or just plain post to insult people. For once, do you think you can go for one day up here without fighting over something?

I\'ll actually admit that I am probably one who deserves this description. Lately, I\'ve been far more irritable than I had been in the past couple of months. I rarely post anything that isn\'t a response countering somebody else\'s as \"stereotypical\" or \"foolish.\" I need to find a way to shape back up; drawing a good picture usually gets me pumped again.

But you\'re right, there is a strange amount of animosity in the air lately. I wonder why that is?

Actually, I agree with the message here. All too often I find myself frustrated with alot of people here(I\'m not naming anyone). Not everyone but enough of you seem to have problems with just getting along with each other. Maybe I\'m no better - I don\'t know. Some of you just need to lighten up and have fun. Talk about things you find interesting with others who find the same things interesting.

Not to nitpick Ri ( ) because I can understand why you said this message, but often the most powerful message is one said without words too.

I understand as well, but I admit I get fed-up too easily with younger people when they seem to lack knowledge of manners...

However, I do allow myself to act silly on other boards, but I\'m unsure why I don\'t do this on the messageboard...

I\'m actually a very nice person, but the majority has to be nice too for me to be nice. Hell if I\'m going to waste time being nice to some of these high horse types.

I say it\'s a phase. Give it another 2-3 months and we\'ll all get zany again.

I\'m not really all that irritable (at leas I don\'t think so)

However, you must also think about it this way; where there is light, there must ALWAYS be dark, and vice-versa. Where there are Flamers, there must always be Doc (and other mods and non-flaming people) It\'s just human I guess.

It doesn\'t help that people keep bringing up religion and politics, either. Do people ever learn?

I don\'t mean to keep bringing up this other board I\'m on like it\'s better, but... Somehow, people there are able to debate topics like that without getting into an argument. It\'s... really the most amazing thing I\'ve ever seen.

Ri-- yeah, it does make sense, but I think part of the problem is that there\'s younger people here. The other boards I\'m at, there\'s more older people than younger people.

Though, age doesn\'t really stop people from acting like noobs...

Are the people on your other board more mature mentally though? That will probably explain alot.

Here, since it\'s based around something called \"Megaman\" whatever that is we get alot of kids and those with immature minds. Also little brats that aren\'t disciplined enough in their lives it seems. So they\'re probably used to \"if I scream loud enough, mommy will get me that new Gameboy\" so they use the same tactics here.

And yeah..I guess they just need to talk about other things.. But I always prefer funny stuff, not \"how can I judge this person\". It\'s just sad to get PMed by a n00b who gets angry at me because I may be a republican. I mean..who the hell cares what I follow or believe in? It\'s just something else to judge others with, so I really don\'t like those two topics being brought up. *shrug*

Such a point that is needed. There have been many flameing latly I admit that some has been from me.

I do feel however that we should sometimes let it out or it just dosen\'t get any better. Not saying we should call someone stupid or annoying or a noob even. Just tell them calmly what the problem is and make them learn. Not meanly but sternly.

I have to say it but you know im new and all I have got in to some fights on here but I have been trying to stop that.I dont spell good and my grammer is just plane wrong.I dont like to fight for things have been going on with my mom and dad.I have been so angry with what my mom has been doing.Kids in my class make fun of me for the fact that I love to read comics.When I come here I want to have fun.What I dont like is to fight over childesh things.I will work on my spelling and grammer ok.But for now if you know what im talking about dont post and tell me what I need to do.Just pm or some thing.You pat me on the back I pat you on the back.You guys dont have to yell over some thing.You dont like some body fine just dont put them on the edge.And I know one of you is going to post some thing to make fun of me or talk behind my back or about some one else.ok
