You ever look at fan comics and say these guys are beter then the real artest?I have like all my friends say i draw beter then JRJR.and spaz.If you dont know who they are JRJR is the son of legend spiderman aetest john romota and spaz dose the sonic covers.Give me your thoughts.

You may feel sometimes that the fanartists are better than the official artists, but one thing you must remember is that a lot also lies in that artist\'s ability to meet deadlines and produce the same quality of work constantly. Of course, they also must be able to \"coreograph\" everything correctly. Just because it looks cool in one frame doesn\'t mean it will make the entire show or manga.

I have to go by a deadline and it all looks nice.

I\'m sorry, I can say you don\'t draw better than Romita Jr. without even seeing your art. You might be good for your age, I wouldn\'t know, haven\'t seen your art. But the idea that a 14 year old can draw better a grown man who has been drawing comics since at least the 80s is just flat out absurd.

However much I doubt what Axl Z is boasting, I think it is unfair to laugh at him and rule out the possibility completely, Necro. I must say though, that I agree and that is very unlikely.

Well... Erm... North American comics are one of the pinnacles of animation, with all of their intense muscular structuring and a surplus of colored issues, you know. I too find it hard to believe that axl could be better.

Perhaps they mean his concepts are better, rather than the actual quality?

Your dad\'s friend, then. The fact is that you are saying that are an awsome cartoonist, and clearly better than anyone else on this forum (considering who you are comparing yourself with). With nothing to go on, we have to say that you are exagerating.

It certainly sounds like you are. In most cases- not all, but most- artists who are truly talented don\'t sit around talking about it without showing anything. You\'re trying to get attention. Even if you can draw, you\'re still trying to get attention, but if you can, then why are you only talking about it? There are some amazing artists on this board, and they don\'t go around saying so, or bragging that they\'re better than official artists- even though they are, in my opinion. (You guys know who you are, I think. ) What you\'re doing is actually rather rude. And by the way; I\'ve never seen anyone draw Sonic panels better than Spaz. ^^

I think we have some good young artists here(though this fanwork forum is sadly almost devoid of hand drawn art )but I don\'t think there\'s anyone here that I can instantly think of that I think is better than any \"official\" artists. Though I don\'t think it\'s unbelievable to think some here might be in the future. ;D
