well both have their charms,
Portable is good since you can always game with them, and Nonportable since they have great graphics, but i would still stay with the Portable.

This is a VERY tough one..... I love hand helds, however, I cannot play The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind or IV Oblivion on a DS...
very difficult, but I think consoles win just by the width of a nose hair.

I say portables. Haven\'t played a DS for more than 30 minutes though. So I can\'t say anything about this current gen, but the last gens pwned.

Non-portable for me.I mean it has more graphics the story is longer and better sounds and some things in non-portable will never be in portable unless technology gets better(which I doubt).
Well I thought just like Dragon, I can\'t play RPGS like L2 or PSO on my DS.

InactivePortable hands down with portable systems like the PSP the graphics are great so I say portable.

Woah, I haven\'t been here since last year...
Anywho sorry about that little tidbit of spam, I think that both are great. The portable for the obvious reason, of being portable. And for the non-portable systems the bigger titles usually appear on them and offer better quality in terms of graphics and sound and such.
But in my own personal opinion, I would have to say it is a split.
Non-portable for one reason. All shootes on handhelds blow.

Ill have to be in the middle because well i love the games i can play on protables while im in the car such as advance wars ds and etc... but i cant forget the FPS games on pc and ps2 etc... well both are the same for me.
