I loved Outlaw Star! I can't believe they cancelled it... I hate to admit the fact that I almost completely forgot about it.

They should have it on [Adult Swim]!

Yeah, all those other classics made a comback. Why can't this one?

All I know is that I used to watch it.
Is this the one with the guy in the red cape?

I thought I was the olny one who likeD Outlaw Star but I was wrong. I am making a poster of my favorite animes and Outlaw Star is on it with Kenshin and DBZ! Outlaw Star was a great anime in my opinion.

Oh yeah man I went out and got the box set a few months ago. Gosh I love that show! I almost forgot everything about it form the days it was on Toonami so it was like watching it forr the first time(again).

I could go on and on but I'll shut up now.

For those of you who have know idea what Outlaw Star is:

The main group of characters were Gene Starwind, Jim Hawkings, "Hot Ice" Hilda, Twilight Suzuka, Aisha Clan Clan and Melfina. You could add Ron and Harry McDougal in there if you wanted to get technical. But anyway, Gene is the main guy and has a caster gun which shoots bullets infused with magic. Each caster shell(the bullets) have different numbers that do different things and have different strengths(some of them in the later episodes drain the users life). Jim is really the smart one in the group and gets Gene out of trouble.....a lot. "Hot Ice" Hilda was the busty outlaw chick that dies after four episodes but is able to get them the ship(which they sorta named after her). Twilight Suzuka was first hired to kill Gene's friend(and constant money supplier) and she uses the wooden sword. She joins up with them though. Aisha is the Ctarl Ctarl member with the tail and the long braided hair, mostly funny. Melfina helps to pilot the ship.

The uncut version is far better. The language use, for one, is a lot looser. You get to see the Hotsprings episode in the uncut version(mucho nekkidness or close to nekkidness and VERY funny). What else is different? Oh a couple of scenes like during one episode they go into a strip club, oh the dialogue, so some things change(i.e. Melfina talking about Gene's "performance" in one of the first episodes...pretty funny too). You should really watch the uncut version.

I kinda liked it, I didnt watch it enough to actually love it enough to actually miss it. Though it was a pretty good show.

It was...decent, but not perfect. I'd take Evangelion before this
