A Default Chip is a Chip that will appear at the beginning of any battle no matter what. Press the Select button on any chip in your Folder or Stack to activate it. But you will need items called Regups. The more Regups you get, the better the chip you will be able to start with in battle. Every chip has a number beside it. That is how much of the RegUps you will need to activate it with the Select button. The number of RegUps you have will be converted into MB(Mega Block). You will know how much MB you have by looking at the top of your Folder Screen. Anyways, experiment a little and find out what Chip YOU will want to have every battle. I use the Atk+30 as my Default Chip, as it is good with \'adding\' with any attack based chip. Now whats your Default Chip?

My default chip is always Sanctuary it helps when you have to defeat Bass Deluxe. (You can notice that i have 99 MB)

I\'m not sure if I have all the RegUps yet...if theres 99 in the game(in total). Anyways, so you beat hard mode huh? How do you unlock mode anyways? Do I lose my old file:(?

You keep your old file but you cannot start a new game you can always load your old file if you want to netbattle a friend.

My default chip is full cust. I think there your only supposed to be able to get 50MB so the guy with 99 proably used a gameshark.

I don\'t think Sol-Badguy is the one to cheat....right Sol? He probably did the Hard Mode and re-collected all the RegUps again, and the RegUps probably got added to his old file. So what I\'m saying is, in his first file, he collected 49, and in the Hard mode he collected another 49, and then they got added in the same file....I think.

You start off with 1 MB
You can collect 49 in Normal Mode
You can collect another 49 in Hard Mode
49+49+1=99

That\'s what I\'m thinking is what happens.

Mine is AirMan (well what else!?). Even though it does only a mere 40 damage, it is the only one that I can have that attacks the whole of the enemy area. If I had enough RegUps I would have GutsMan and then GutsMan V2 (talking of GutsMan, isn\'t he hard with his \'RocketGutsPunch\').

My default chip is ElecAura, and that helps me out a lot because most of the time the attacks that will attempt to hit me are lower than 100 ATK.

Yes of course, i meant you find a TOTAL of 49, even if you find one that gives plus2 or whatever, in the game. Unfortunatlly, for some reason It still says I have only 50 at the top...but I have looked EVERWHERE!! LITERALY!

I think that the american version has so much limits... Man cannot go up to 50 MB...

I had the japanese version.. That was because my cousin from Japan came and after a month she sended me the cardridge of Rockman.EXE well it\'s broke now and i have\'nt got time to repair it.
So that\'s why i use the japanese rom now to play it sometimes without having limits in the gameplay. But i already had the english version of it and my friends did\'nt have any guts to play against me before my Japanese version broke... So here i am with a broken cardridge of Rockman.EXE and Friends that are real cowards...

And there\'s a high chance that i have to start all over...

It may have a meaning but you could\'ve said something else with it.

Airman, be careful doing that, around here it is greatly looked down upon... Just explain why you chose Shotgun so you wont hear more complaints in the long run.

Whoever had 99 MB and had Sanctuary preset, cheated. You can ONLY get 50 MB or so. I think it\'s the same for MMBN 2. I can\'t BELIEVE so many of you are still stuck on MMBN 2, damn. I beat that last Thanksgiving. It is not THAT hard. Yes, I did Hard Mode and everything too. ANYWHO, <On Topic> My preset chip is FastGauge. It was that way in MMBN 2, and is only that way in MMBN 3 because I haven\'t the room in my Navi Customizer for FstGauge (what with BugStopper, BusterMAX, and HubPatch)

My default chip is Custom Sword. I use it in the P.A.

Now that i beat the game, i use the default chip that i need for a new style.

I dont have a defalt chip because i dont need one. Almost all chips in my folder have 4 and 95% of them are all code ~n~ or ~*~

in my serenade folder is fullcust
but in duexhero was atk +30

Full Custom! coz it so useful!!!!!!
