Apparently since my game store's shipment was readya few weeks ago, as well as not having to wait for street release, he told me today that there is still a possiblity of him getting it in the next couple of weeks.

I don't see why they'd ship it to the stores weeks in advance if they're supposedly making last-minute adjustments, or localization...
From what I understand, the problem is not having enough product for all the orders coming through.
Apparently, since he sent his order in early, he -might- also be able to get it in.
He's been my friend for years now, and he has yet to be wrong about his releases. I am taking this with a grain of salt, but the possibility is still there.

The game is DONE. If there was anything incomplete in the NA version, the Japanese version would be delayed for a month as well, considering they were produced side-by-side. All they need to do is manufacture more discs.

Oddly enough, looking back at your psot, it says you care NOTHING about Brawl or the Dojo, by clicking this thread you are obviously curious, unless of course it was an accident, in which case you won't do it again.

Surprise, surprise. Today's update is... Sheik.
Sheik's attacks again are the same as before: Needle Storm, Chain, Vanish, and Transform. Her Final Smash is the same as Zelda's: Light Arrow.
So... yeah.
Also, a number of characters have their special move lists in their main profile, listing all techniques, including Final Smashes. Even Final Smashes yet to be revealed, such as Zero Suit Samus's (Power Suit Samus), Zelda's (Light Arrow), and Olimar's (End of Day).

So today's update is... Olimar's End of Day final smash. Fastest FS reveal for a new character?
Anyway, since I really don't have the time to copy and paste the post and the images, here's the gist of it:
Olimar breaks the Smash Ball, and his rocketship appears. He loads his Pikmin and himself inside, then takes off as stars fill the sky... and monsters fill the battlefield. The monsters beat the crap out of everyone else for loads of damage, and then Olimar's rocketship comes shooting downwards at the arena, exploding upon impact. I'd say if someone got hit by the ship, after the beating they take from the monsters... well, it's gotta hurt.

Square Enix supposedly has the last third party, which means either Geno or Sora, pretty much.
GOGOGO 50/50 chance!
EDIT: Supposedly the owner of this booklet has claimed the copyright for Sueenix is 2006, ruling Geno out.
Kh2 was copyrighted for production in 2006.

i believe you are missing the fact that the song used in the first trailer was composed Nobuo Uematsu = Square Enix
BUT that doesn't mean they won't appear, but will lower the chances.
