Topic: Which One
I can't decide

I would like for you guys to tell which version of MBN6 that you are gonna get. Because which ever one has the most i am going to go with the crowd.
I'm going Greiga because of Heatman and Elecman, and partly Chargeman
One advice: DON'T GO WITH THE CROWD.
Choose the version you want. They are practically the same. You can get * coded versions of all Navi chips in both through that thing in the new kid's shop.
Anyway, what do you prefer? FloatShoes or SuperArmour? Falzer or Greiga Beast Out? Their attacks are quite the same. For Beast Outs at least.
And with the crosses, it's like this:
Greiga:
- Heat (fire)
- Slash (sword element)
- Elec (elec, duh'
- Charge (fire)
- Killer (aiming)
Falzer:
- Aqua (water)
- Tengu (wind)
- Tomahawk (wood)
- Ground (breaking)
- Dust (wind)
Hey beautiful people, you're better off trying to e-mail me than message me on here.
Hmm, yah I'll stick with Greiga, I would rather not suffer Aquaman and Tomahawkman again.
Greiga is really appealing, since it's got ChargeMan and Killer (EraseMan). However, since my brother really likes HeatMan, I'm going with Falzer. If you guys want to be on the cool train, you'd better get it too. Or, you know, if you want to be on the guy who just kind of looks like a train, I guess you could go Greiga.
I personally am happy to see the return of AquaMan. AquaSoul was the bomb, and I have no reason to doubt that AquaCross will be too... well, you know, ToadSoul was better, but AquaSoul was still good. GroundMan and DustMan look pretty interesting too. TenguCross sounds useful. I should also be able to take much greater advantage of TomahawkCross now that it no longer requires actually using earth-type chips.

My advice: don't think about which one too hard. The games aren't that different, but there are some small differences. There shouldn't be any difficulty or usefulness factors that you can't overcome to allow yourself to simply choose the one with Navis you like more, or souls or such.
Personally, I'm getting Greiga. Because of HeatMan, primarily, but ChargeMan is a plus.
I love Slashman(obviously),Heatbeast and Elecbeast just Rule ^_^,and I like the sythe Killer has so it's greiga for me.

After buying both (I have Greiga in Japanese and U.S., I have Falzer in U.S. only) I have determined Greiga is the harder one, and is the better one, If you're new get Falzer first, if you're a bn veteran like me(Beaten every game) or Ray or morph, you'll want Greiga (I refuse to call it Gregar XG)
Hey beautiful people, you're better off trying to e-mail me than message me on here.
Coal-powered trains do, at least.
I am going for gregar even if all my friends want falzar
I got both Roms, and now i finished Gregar. but im not playing Falzar. cause i dont want to play it again. but actually i finished it without using beast out and any crosses. i finished it plain and simple. but i tried the croses and beast out sometimes.
I thought Greiga was better for plot reasons.
Yeah, X...Greiga and Faltzer are, like, the same story.
Well don't you think the big red bird seems a teensy bit ominous?
He definitely belongs with the bad guys.
It's the slight differences that make more sense. And mainly for dramatic reasons.
Well, Greiga IS a better fight...dunno why, but it feels cooler.
Someone should tell Capcom that being lazy and making the same story for both games but changing the characters isn't cool.
I think they should make completeley different storylines and different side-quests so it will really matter which one you buy.
BTW:300th Post! yay me!

That's right.
Just wondering, is Greiga himself any harder than Faltzar? Because Faltzar seemed Life Virus easy. Which is bizzare for me, since I'm usually really bad at these games.
Anyways, so far as the "cheapness" of making both versions so similar: something a lot of people don't seem to consider is that you're still getting just as much of a game as in MMBN1-3 if you buy just one version. So I've never really seen it as a problem. From the perspective of a marketing strategy, it may be kind of cheap, I suppose. But unless you're some kind of super-completionist who feels that he has to have all of the "Secret" chips added, I don't see why it should be a real problem.
I guess fighting Greiga does make more sense from a plot perspective. I mean, storing a huge beast created by bugs inside your body does seem a bit more dramatic than destroying a man-made one.
Oh, on another note, TenguCross exceeded by expectations. Being weak against swords is a real problem fighting against Protoman and my brother, who seems to have adopted a liking for SlashCross.
