I feel like I should say the true roots of all EVIL. There are as followed in order.

1. Barney the purple dinasaur
2.All schools(and thier teachers)
3.Money

The frist two are correct, the last is argueable. We need money to an extent, it pays for our life almost, all but air we need to pay for. Of course if money wasn't around, we wouldn't have as much crime. Crime really isn't preventable all together, it can only be prolonged, really. I mean one day someone will kill another, one day one will steal from another, one day one will sleep with another's wife. It's all gonna happen one day, just go with the flow and find the best way to recover from it if it happens to you.

Actually the second one is half true.
At school, you can make many friends. And I had a Student Teacher this year and he was the best teacher ever. I actually paid attention in Science because he taught it so much better than my teahcer. But he laughed at me when I was staring at one of his tests with a desprate look of confusion. ^^;;
He was the best, so the second is only half-true.

Now money on the other hand, is also the half true thing. People need it to survive, but the lust for money is evil. When people kill and steal for money, that is wrong.

Meh, and Barney is evil. *stabs*

Its nice to see that other people agree that barney is evil. Does anybody else remember the two barney hate songs. One starts by saying I hate you you hate me lets kill each others familys. The other song describes you killing barney. I wish I could remember it all.

I forget the tune but the lyrics are:

It's probably not money itself that forms the root of evil, but the motivation. The fact that our societies can't seem to function without it is bad, but then the drive to claim it in excess, to see it as a driving force in life, is what you're probably talking about. Which is pretty much true.

1. The kind that wants to take over and rule the world/universe.

2. The kind that wants to destroy the world/universe.

3. The kind that wants to be the strongest/wants revenge. (Also a combination of those.)

4. The kind that wants to be the best at something/be the richest.

5. The Monthy Python kind.

first off hitler is not a true root of evil for hes dead( But he was evil). Second I only said money is a root cause alot of people believe it. Third I still dont know why people say the Burger King is evil please tell me. Fourth I thought of another evil person and possibly another root Its Americas current president George W Bush Jr. . Alot of people well do think of him as EVIL.

Hitler was a way worse guy than George Bush, Glacierman. Be realistic here.

Good and evil are just perceptions of actions. There is no such thing as either of them. Take Hitler, for example. Possibly one of the greatest leaders that Germany ever had, all overshadowed by his negative actions. If it weren't for WWII, he would now be heralded as one of the greatest World leaders ever.

There are arseholes, there are great people, but in the end, all aspects of "good and evil" are merely actions of humanity.
