I couldn't read the acronym for M.E.G.A. system, but thanks to ForteXX for leaving me your Japanese instruction booklet, I know that the Japanese is R.O.C.K. System - Rebirth Of Crystallized Knowledge System. But that's way old news...

Come on, people! They could have made model SX (minus the chin), which would have rocked beyond belief, VX (plus the really big guns) which would have been the best. And the story with Omega - why do they use Zero's body for everything Omega? Why not Omega's body? Omega is what Weil made over Zero's body, not Zero's body itself! Plus it would have been way cooler to get that face-covering plate that Omega (not Zero) had. And why is "Zero's original body" just a darker red form of the GBA body? Why not the body from the X series? But this is another argument for another day...

Why do they use Zero's original body for Omega? Easy. Because they can.

Actually, it's probably because Zero's body was the basis for Zero. I'd rather use Omega's Zero body instead of his giant armor... that just looked dumb. And maneuvering would've been difficult in that bulky thing.

Also, as for the sprite issue, they probably meant to do that, but because of the graphics system and/or they were running out of the time, they just used a pallete swap of the GBA Zero. Thought it would've been awesome to see GBA Zero versus X-Series Zero.

X-Series Zero is NOT a secret boss in ZX. ForteXX is wrong.

And HighMax? You REALLY need to make a forum topic just for the MegaZine.

You don't need MMZ3 and MMZ4 to get OX,

And I think Vent/Aile would find it weird to have floating hands while they lose the ability to speak coherently. Or, seeing how Omega was made using Zero, does that mean it'd belong to Giro? O.o

So, make it smaller and less detailed like Model W? As that clearly looks like Weil's second form on Ragnarok.

That's taking it a bit too far... If they had float ing hands with Omega...

Serpent would have to take pills every day and get senior discounts with Model W.

Vent/Aile would get a peace-overruled super-pacifist view with Model X and would thus lose the ability to fight

Vent/Aile would go Virus-Crazy with model ZX and would resolve everything with swords

...so yeah, Omega isn't THAT bad... No floating hands, and they can talk.

Model SX and VX, they'd be cool...

Vent/Aile would be unable to do anything but laugh and explode things with Model VX, and if they had model SX they'd never be able to win. Ever. They'd get right to the very end of the game and get pwned.

NX (Navigator: Alia, basically): NO TEXT SKIPPING FOR YOU
GX (Gate): Become the object of Ri and her friends' affections.
HX (Hugo the Mettaur): WAIT A MINUTE, I AIN'T DEAD YET!

MDX: (Magma Dragoon): YOU ARE BADASS. PERIOD.

For the record, the reason Zero's original body doesn't look like the one from the X-series is that... it does.

From a plot perspective, both the original body and the imitation body look like they always did, it's just a difference in the art style.

So you're saying someone could make X9 with you playing as Barney and they could say it's the same as X but with a different art style?

Also, if that were true, why did the X body sealing the dark elf look EXACTLY like the one from the X series?
