This site is about the Megaman cartoon pilot which was gonna be Anime at first before we got the US version.Does anyone have any movie clips to post on this board of the Megaman Anime?.I wish Capcom would have kept this idea because I would love to see the cute red dress Roll than the teenage robotic arm Roll.I heard that Singapore got to have the Rockman Anime from what my cousins told me back in the 80s or eary 90s.Does anyone also have any episode synopsis (spelling?).

I believe it was complied into the OAV Wish Upon A Star. I'm not sure.

Not quite. The promo clip that is described over at the MMHP is a sort of prototype for the US cartoon series, and was done as a sort of test before the final art style was decided on. This is North American material, with the Japanese style. I've never seen the clip, or any extra information available anywhere.

The Wish Upon a Star OAV is made of three anime episodes produced in Japan in the early 90's, a few years before the US cartoon. Those were never aired, and weren't available anywhere until the DVD release that was done some time back.
