I have been trying to work on an oekaki, yes I know "Duck and cover!" And I have been messing around with colors and I cannot find a good lightly tanned skin color, do any of you know one?

Well, I'll tell you what I know about skin tone, but I'm sure somebody can probably tell you better than I can. Now, I'm not quite sure exactly where you wanted the tone, but tell me if any of these ideas work for you.
-For light skin-
I usually tend to go to a shade somewhere around pink, or perhaps very light brown. Just make sure not to use too vibrant a shade of the color, and then shade on top of it with a darker shade of the same color.
-For dark skin-
If you happen to want someone with a dark complexion, using brown is pretty much the only good option I've found. By keeping it light, you can give them a tanned look. If you want them to actually look dark-skinned, I would suggest using a bit more of a basic brown. Generally, brown is a fairly easy tone to work with.
Now I'm sure someone can tell you better than that. :hehe: Sorry if you wanted actual coordinates for certain colors, I don't really keep up with them because I tend to watercolor a lot. It sort of changes around a lot as I'm going through a pic.

I was actually looking for coordinates but I realize how hard that would be. Anyways, thank you very much for your help Aimman, I much appreciate it
this comes about a day or two late but I know a good tan tone, this is the skin tone of an asian girl I know, and I think she has about perfect skin so
R 199
G 142
B 125
Now you are going to have to adjust that for shadows and highlights, but that seems to be a good tan tone to me
