Why is it that the BN timeline is getting all the anime rights? Jeez, I'd love to see a ZX anime...

Well, the trailers for ZX used both Vent AND Aile.

As long as there's no super-cheesy theme song that they break out for no reason in the middle of the show, a bunch of useless, pointless, side-characters, or a strong straying from the path of the story, I'm okay.

Watch them make a ton of random people who are Mega Men for just generic models. Then they join Serpent, and when he dies, form their own alliances, and the plot goes way koky, ending with Omega behind them.

I don't think the Ryussei Anime will last ,as much as I hope it does, because it has the same timeslot Beast plus had, effectively giving it way to short of episodes and making people not care about it. THe problem is, Shouldn't we have a Zero anime before a ZX one, seriously, consider that for a momment.

1. There isn't going to be a ZX anime.

2. Yes, I want a Zero anime.

But then people may want an X anime, and after that, a Classic anime! OR LEGENDS ANIME!

*dies of all the random MegaMan animes seen in my crystal ball*

But you must admit that an anime of at least one of these other series would be awesome.

Anime my butt. Only good thing was that it had Scott McNeil doing some of the voices.

While that cartoon was... weird... it marked the first time in history Mega Man didn't sound like a girl!

And let's not forget the muscles on the robots...

Hell, it was cause of that cartoon that I originally thought Protoman was evil.

Same here. It was my first encounter with anything Mega Man. I did think it was kinda interesting, then I saw the games and such and was like... "Wha...?!"

Then it looks like the cartoon producers did their job. (lol)

Well, my first encounter was when I saw a friend playing X5 (yes, I saw Zero and first thought he was a girl). So then I started buying my own stuff, got way into Battle Network, then decided to watch NT Warrior - once - and I was like "Wha...?!"

(Then of course my collection grew, so much that now I am gleefully bopping my MMX bop bag. :] )

Morphman, where the heck did you get the idea that cartoonists are not animators!? Cartons are animation, as well as anime, but cartoons and anime are NOT the same thing. It's like... apples are fruit and oranges are fruit. But apples are not oranges.

Look closely around the word anime, see the quotes. I didn't say it was ANIME, i said it was "ANIME".

All anime are cartoons, but not all cartoons are anime. It's the classic medicine-drugs relationship, no?

"Anime" is simply the Japanese term for animation, meaning Japanese cartoons. So really you could consider "The Simpsons" to be anime....just AMERICAN Anime. Just depends on how you want to look at it.

Cartoonist = gag comic writer.
Animator = creator of animations.
Animations = both anime and animated cartoons.
Animated cartoons = cartoons.
Cartoons = not nessacerily animated cartoons.
