Which X Series boss do you really hate? Is it because they're unreasonably difficult, or are they super annoying?

I've got two. The hardest X Series boss is the tank boss in Megaman Xtreme 2. Words cannot describe its unfathomable difficulty. It only has one real weakness, and the platform you need to stand on to nail it is constantly shot at. Its huge ass takes up nearly 90% of the room. Touch it once, and you take unreasonable damage.

But the most annoying boss EVER would have to be Jet Stingray. Why? It's not like I can't take him.

But when he shouts

"YYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

at the top of his f***ing lungs...ugh. It quickly becomes unbearable.

For hardest, I agree with you. I STILL haven't beaten that tank.

As for most annoying... hmm. Either Flame Hyenard, Tornado Tunion, or... the Black Devil.

And scariest boss is easily Lumine.

Ah... the rising lava... would it have been two much to ask that Sigma only had two forms in that game?! XD

Hmm... an annoying boss? I'd say that Byte was one of the craziest. If he grabs you, he does that crazy spinning thing with his arm and knocks you against the back wall for crazy damage, and poor X's sprite looks like it's getting a heavy dose of rag-doll physics.
Maybe him, and X5 giant Sigma. Because of course Sigma WOULD have giant square shaped lasers.

Yeah, when I saw Byte's crazy attack when he grabbed X, I actually winced. It looked painful. But it got funny after a while. XD

I HATE THE TANK!
Sigma should have had the tank as his second form if he wanted to be any challenge in that game.

But, as for most annoying, I have to go with RD:

So annoying bosses....hmm...I would say Boomer Kuwanger and...Cyber Peacock...

Boomer is annoying...when everytime i want to finished him off with a charge shot...he disappears and the same thing happens again and again

For Cyber is that when he shot out those 2 rockets is always hard to dodge!

So it was too much of a hassle to shoot Peacock with Aiming Laser or slash him with Ryuuenjin?

Yeah...with those he's ridiculously easy. Unless you were trying to beat him without those.

I guess technically this is a mini-boss.. but, that amoeba "Mother Nightmare" thing in Gate's lab in X6. It seemed impossible to dodge it when it circled around the room, and it was really hard to beat even with the use of X's Ultimate Armor.

Omigosh, I totally agree with you there, Shadowfire! I HATED That blasted thing! You don't want to know how long it took me to beat it!

For most annoying, yes, Hyenard wins for that. "Burn to the ground, burn to the ground, burn to the ground..." AGH. My fiance and I started saying, "He's got the hyenard!" like it's some kind of disease now. X3;

I tend to have trouble with the Sigma bosses, too. Of course, I'm not all that good at games in the first place. ^^;

I hated that cell guy too. And I had to fight it with the Shadow Armor! Damn Gate's stupid spike hell fortress.

Ack. That one was a nightmare. Usually I had to fight him in Shadow Armor, too--I eventually got to him in the Blade Armor, which made things considerably easier.

I found it easiest with shadow armor.

*pulls out kevlar sheet to protect self*

I'd giga attack one eye at the right time, doing considerable damage, and attack it while I dodged, depending on the attack, and I would hack it to pieces as it returned to the goo - the blade reaches through until the eye is at the center. As for the swirling around the room, I just dealt with it...

Yeah, Shadow Armor does the most potential damage with its giga attack, but it's hard to maneuver with it through all those attacks. That's why I liked Blade Armor, it's got better maneuverability and more options to smack it around.

Shadow Armor's giga attack was basically how I killed it.

Hell, X6 bosses period were tense. Though Metal Shark Player's bitch of a stage is worse than any boss.

Only problem I had with his stage is trying to get the Armor Capsule. Both in getting past the crusher and crossing that gap to it.

Had the same problems with that exact capsule too! It's official, Metal Shark Player's stage would be Hell if Satan was a giant metal shark.

Infinity Minjion was especially annoying. I think I lost count of how many clones he had flying around.

It was harder with Zero than it was with X. At least with the Blade and Ultimate Armors, you can use the Guard Shell charged shot to occasionly hit him easily.

SHADOW ARMOR + ULTIMATE BUSTER KILLS THEM ALL!

Is it really that hard to understand!?

I remember Spiral Pegacion from X5 that was rather annoying to me cos keeps flying around and rather hard to hit him!


X6 bosses was rather hard!

You mean The Skiver? Yeah, he could get on my nerves... but the time-freeze was good with Ultimate buster at least, and if you can predict his ovements it's easier. The real problem is just staying on the dang platform.

He's really easy if you use Zero and Dark Hold.

Haha yeah but still he is annoying...I always drop off the platform accidently...Once I was about to die and he too...I shot my Charge attack but he also hit me and we both died...And that really pisses me off :P!

Classic. Happens too often: You kill 'em first, but you fall off too, and it counts as your loss. Story of X8 (I HATE you, Gigavolt Man-O-War!).

The most annoying boss for me would be Viral sigma in X8. but he's also my favortie maily because he has THE best boss music in the whole series. Also jet stingray. The way he keep poping up from underground and drawing you in to him really pisses you off fast. I also didn't like the panda bear in X8. He does CRAZY damage!! especially when you get him pissed and he does his ultimate move. Also Sting chameleon, boomer kuwanger, amrored armadillo, and storm Owl. I hate it when he swoops down and picks you up. Gigavolt man-o-war was easy. Its not hrad to stay on the stage and what weapon do you get from him I don't remember.

Bosses that "piss me off?" That's easy. Gigavolt Man-O-War! I hated him too! The boss himself was easy, but trying to aim at him throughout the first part of the stage is annoying as heck. It could've been a cool stage if they let you aim better. And all that crap is always in the way.

I never played either Xtreme games but for the most annoying boss in terms of difficulty, I'd say it's X3's Battle Body Sigma. He does have an easy routine for attacking, but he's damn powerful when he hits you and trying to hit him is an even bigger pain.

Flame Hyenard is the most annying to listen to. Everytime I fight him, I usually just turn the volume down. Hearing "Burn to the ground!!" everyy 2 seconds really grinds my ear drums and possibly my brain cells.
