First, you'll need a Gameshark and a Megaman Legends 2 game disk (of course). Enter and save this code:

Now boot up the MML2 disk and select 'New Game' at the title screen. It will automatically go to a debug room after the beginning cut scene.
Warning: There is nudity (undetailed) in the room. Mature gamers only, please. (Psh... It's just a warning, It's nothing horrible really. Anyone who gets turned on by blocky polygons has some issues...)
I tried it out. It's an awesome find... but I was expecting more out of the room. ^^; The status effect panels were a given for a debug room. They should have had different areas of the room to test out environmental and gravity effects (like snow, ice, or sand), probably a scene viewer or music test, text test, and other goodies. It is interesting that they programed a 'head-following-your-movements' test, but didn't use it much in the final game (only in the beginning with Roll). Still don't know what was the purpose of Roll, Sara, or the huge box. I also noticed that Sara does not blink correctly.
I'm still very grateful for the room, nevertheless. A nice little Christmas gift for a debug room fan.
If you are happy with this, don't forget to thank the person who discovered the code.
