You could try asking a local print shop: several of them offer to print t-shirts based on a picture you have.

Or you need to try to find the right kind of paper so you can print them yourself.
Maybe they have that at the print shop.
InactiveYeah, transfer paper is usually available at the right store, and reversing the image on the computer before printing it is easy enough. Just ask someone at, heck, maybe even Office Max if they have the paper, and the paper probably has directions with it.
Take everyone's advice, but also make sure your photo is 300dpi or above and in it's raw format (or, if you do need to edit it, keep the photo in it's original file format). If you don't, it might look weird or incorrect when you blow it up on a T-shirt (or any medium for that matter).
