Rockman Strategy? What kind of game is it?

I tried to play it and find that I have to the mouse and other things. I do not understand this game.. Sadly, it is in chinese and difficult for me to play, lol.

No, I didn't missing much. I had been around Rockman for over 7 years. I know a lots about this game but I am excite because it is very rare game and I like it a lot! Many people find it not a good game and that's their opinion. I find it a good game and fun. I'm loving it.

I just want people to know about it and I am going to find more information about it and post link here soon.
