Anyway, I pm'd Doc about this right after putting this topic up. Release date for Japan is just "2008" atm.

Do we even have the second game here in the states yet. I haven't been to Gamestop in months.

I don't think its out, no. But they did the same thing with SF2, announced it before the first one reached the states.

I still want to try the SF series. A shame I can't afford it, or anything else.

Reminds me... I finished the first one, but I never followed up on the bonus stuff... I should get around to that before they announce number four...

Geo/ Omega-Xis "fight differently when using noise"...thought I don't know what that means. >__>

'Sight' means 'look' in Engrish. So they look differently, just like MegaMan did when he used Dark Chips a lot. I'd think you'd know that, Teej, you clearly show your mad Engrish skillz:

Heh, I never beat the first one becouse I'v been playing some other games. So I'm like 25% into it so I should be done by SF6. ( 1 MONTH)

....By a sleeker model Omega-Xis head? Lol, at least it looks nicer than that giant beast head for a hand.

Probably an alternate hand, like a mode other than shooting. More than likely involves this game's gimmick.

My guess is that Capcom is starting to get lazy and replaced the Megabuster for this because the green flame stuff took too much effort to animate in 3D. >_>

But lol.


Apparently, according to the CoroCoro interview, SF3 is supposed to be the Climax of the series (AKA it's turning point, not exactly the end....of course not, this is Megaman, right) and they are hoping it'll turn out to be the most accepted by fans of BN who were reluctant of SF up to this point.
