Before I even click the link, I am going to guess it's Chrono Trigger for DS.

EDIT: I saw a lot of stuff there, but I couldn't make heads or tails out of it. Perhaps I clicked the wrong buttons or didn't wait long enough. *shrug* I still stand by my initial guess, though, by the mere letters "CTDS" in the URL.

Hmm, and here I thought they were planning to make the game downloadable through the Virtual Console.

Ah well, Crono on the go sounds good. Hope there are new features then just it being a simple port. Only then, will it be worth getting in spite of having the original.

I'M STILL STUCK ON THAT FINAL F***ING BATTLE.

I was actually hoping this one would be on PSP, possibly bearing a strong resemblance to Chrono Trigger Resurrection. Still, ANY remake is welcome, and I'll probably preorder this regardless.

Wait a minute... SE got the rights to enhance/remake/rerelease CT... If this is true, what's to stop them from commencing Chrono Brake? If I'm not mistaken, they all want to continue, but the splintered team and rights were holding them back.

Not to sound all negative or anything but, I really doubt they will ever continue the Chrono Break project. They've been going at it for years and in between they've quit and dropped it several times. What's to say this will be any different?

Of course, the question that begs to be asked here is HOW DO YOU DELAY A PORT. IT'S A STINKING PORT. THIS ISN'T ROCKET SCIENCE. Hell, you could whip up a cheap emulator for the DS card and just run the original off that!

If they add everything from the PSX version, have quick load times like the SNES version, and add new features including the use of the Touch Screen, a new dungeon, and new items, won't this be like, the best game ever?

I wasn't planning on getting this DS version, since I have the SNES version and the PSX version, (although, it's primary usefulness is to take up space and collect dust) but the more I think about the potential new features, the more antsy in my gaming pantsy I get.

I want it for two reasons:

1. I've been emulating CT for years and I think it's time to actually BUY it. XD

2. Ever try to do the 2300 AD code on a keyboard? IT SUCKS. Don't list the tricks, I've done 'em all and it always manages to be a tremendous effort somehow.

CT is worth digging up after being inactive for months

I didn't have a problem with 2300 AD, even the 3 buttons at once thing. If that catches you up, just assign the buttons to the same key. Otherwise, I never had a problem with 2300AD other then the somewhat annoying jet bike race

Pokemon, eh? Weird, but if there are some exclusive, new, useful items obtainable, I guess it's not so bad. I'll need Wi-Fi for my DS though.

I would raise an Alien from the Black Omen for sure! Ugly brutes...them and their Death attacks.

So, has anyone been playing this game yet? What am I saying? Of course you have/are.

I love the cache of new items and the two new side quests.(One of which uses the unreleased Singing Mountain track.)

I gotta say though, the new items really make the game feel newer. Some of them are just plain overpowered, but not so much that it deviates from equipment strategizing.

I've played CT so much that the main game on here is just preventing me from getting to the new stuff. So I haven't been playing much.

But it's nice with the monster arena, gives me something extra to do on the side.
