Yes, welcome, come all.... The IRC chatroom is back open for business...
Most of us remember the old days... Back when we had to use mIRC, Trillian, Xchat, or the java applet to get into the chat, before Dr. Cossack moved to the webchat that caused so much trouble for some people.
Now it is reopened for those who enjoy the real feel of IRC and it's comforts. It never truly died after the transition, but some changes have been made and other stuff. I have took the liberty to make a java applet page to connect to it.
Some old favorites are still there, me, Unknown_Entity, Phatman_Dover, just to name a couple. The radio is back up (For now, don't know how long) and other features.

Other people with actual IRC clients can use;
Server: us.chat4all.org
Port: 6667 (+7001 for SSL)
Channel: #mmpc
Ask for assistance if the applet doesn't work, or if you are interested in an actual client.
Edit: Also, you do not have to be registered on the site to participate, or use your board name, though it is requested that you do register on the site, and use your name. Unlike the webchat, which requires you to use your message board login.
