I'll be at a friend's house giving out candy and stuff. Not sure if we'll be dressing up.
Kids don't come to this neighborhood (it can't even be called one, really) so I won't be doing anything this year.

If I had a party to go to, I'd bust out my Dr. Insano costume. Instead this year I'll probably buy some bag candy, split it with the family, and watch Rocky Horror.
We don't celebrate Halloween over here, so I'll probably prepare for NaNoWriMo, study for my driver's exam... oh, and play an extra-creepy session of Dungeons and Dragons. 't Will be fun!

I went my Japanese club party, I was sixteen and pregnant and my friend who was my "father" was named Mo Lester and he was a sexual offender. We almost won best costumes, he got second place for scariest.
Went to a party, got sloppy, etc.
Not doing anything tonight except homework.
Halloween came a little too fast this year.
I worked earlier in the day, got home to put my costume on. Went to a friends house did a little drinking. Then went trick-r-treating. Now that I am home, drinking some more sounds good.
As for the next topic...
The world series, I myself check the score from time to time. Who are you routing for if your watching it, Texas or New York.

It blew its top, lots of people were forced to flee. It is crazy on how mother nature acts sometimes.

I've heard a bit about it, but it didn't get much coverage on the news around here. Indonesia is part of the Pacific Ring of Fire, so such things are to be expected once in a while. The raw power of these volcanos sure is impressive, and so is their unpredictability. Much like earthquakes, I think we've got a lot to learn from these things.

Lets talk about, mid-term elections. Is anyone here going to vote, and for what reasons would you vote? Is there any particular subject, you are hoping someone will talk about.
If any candidate brings up a subject, about handicapped people, has a chance of getting a vote from me.

The mid-term elections in the US happened two weeks ago, so I'm not sure what you're talking about...
In any case, I always make it a duty to vote. On the Federal scene, on the Provincial level or on the Municipal stage, I'm there. I even go to vote in the school elections, something that about 5% of the population of the province did last time. I don't listen to those who say that it's pointless, that an individual vote doesn't count. The only time you can be 100% sure that your vote doesn't have any effect is when you don't cast it. Outside of that, there's always a chance.

I always make it a priority to vote just so I have the right to complain if the government does dumb things.
True enough, and I fully agree with that too. If you don't even bother to make a choice, any choice, even voting for the most obscure candidate available, how can you complain that you don't like the result? Voting is the first step you can take to be part of the process.

I voted for an issue in my city that states pregnant people, veterans, and homosexuals can get kicked out of their homes based on what they are.
But then the city made it so that the college student's votes did not count or something like that. Awesome. I better NOT get jury duty.
I didn't vote for anything else/don't plan to unless an issue catches my attention. I feel I don't know enough about the issue to choose one way or the other.
