According to the URL counter, it's the 12378th topic, in fact, but that would include deleted topics.
The 12376th topic, which is most likely the 10000th topic if deleted threads are not counted, is this one. I recall the actual 10000th topic being made a while ago, but eh.

There's something funny about having a topic celebrating the "10002nd topic" created shortly after one saying "Dead Board?". Funny how some people can have completely different point of views!
