Alright so I am doing my 6 page research paper on genetically modified foods for english class. I have to read a lot about food, yum. Well I drink soy milk because of personal reasons and that's okay (nothing to do with my health).
And some people may turn to it because it could be considered healthier.
Well, I was reading something, and it stated "soy products cause cancer"
Then I read an article on milk, and it said "milk causes cancer"
I read an article on GMOs, and it said "GMOs can cause cancer"
I read an article on processed foods, and it said "processed foods cause cancer"
I read an article on organic foods, and it said "organic foods can cause cancer"
At this point I'm getting a little agitated. Rice causes cancer, soy causes cancer, teddy bears cause cancer, coffee causes cancer, deodorant causes cancer, cell phones cause cancer, cleaning supplies cause cancer.
How should I go about avoiding mutations in my DNA?

Really I'm baffled.
I thought I ate pretty healthy, guess I was wrong.
