The revival thing rather makes me think of Zero when he was revived by Passy in the first Mega Man Zero game... especially since he is no longer in his orginal body, and he's a century old, so that newer models have come to be more prevalent. Then again, that would count as "Post-Maverick Zero" as RD said, so X sounds like another good guess... but that would be too easy, wouldn't it be?
Hence I will go with Model X. I mean hey, the model hint has to go somewhere!

Perhaps Vile will make a better candidate then, considering he was a recurring character and not a New Generation Reploid as most characters seen in X8. Vile V in particular here of course, since that's the version of Vile that appeared in X8 and he was conceived through revival and this version of Vile was not seen in the original Mega Man X.
