My design is confusing, indeed
With little relation to my power
Unless one looks very closely,
There's really no connection
My looks more suited to a mid-boss,
My difficulty too;
The hardest thing to beat
Is my treacherous stage
Capcom may have run out of ideas
For my design is quite strange
You wouldn't expect to find me
Yet, I certainly am here.
With a stage that does not fit
You wonder...
The strongest robot around,
I tried to test my strength.
However, it was not enough
For a match of strength was not how I lost.
I was captured and put to evil use
Alas, what a trap!
If only I could have avoided this,
I might still live.
Who am I?
I decided to keep to my "style" of giving few hints in long stanzas 
Centaur Man doesn't have much to do with his weapon, but I thought his stage seemed fairly appropriate...
