I've been in communication with the project lead last year, and I got a chance to play an early version of the game. I must say that my initial impressions are very good: unlike most fan games, the controls in this one are almost perfect. Since he was already aware of the very few problems left, I'm sure that this will be fixed before the final release.

I think that this is something worth keeping an eye on. The old PC games were almost unplayable, but a well-done remake could change that.
