i have rock man x7 for pc im looking for the english patch .the twigz links are all broken anyone can help me out .

This is cliche, but try searching for "Rockman X7" and "english patch" in Google. Skim through the links and find the most relevant one.

You can e-mail Dr. Cossack and inquire about the broken RMX7 Eng patch. Perhaps he can have that fixed for yous somehow.
