Bought it day one. Haven't played anything else since.

PS: Capcom said they weren't doing another SF4 game. Any balance issues will be fixed via patches.

I didn't buy Street Fighter 4, because I had a feeling they'd remake the game somehow - and they did. I'll buy SSF4 instead

Really? capcom might finally be getting of mandatorily releasing 4 different game upgrades. 2 is fine,so... Uh doc:eek: "lock" please?

It won't start a flamewar unless some fanboy twit comes in here and starts one.

Nothing wrong with a negative opinion about SF4. Problem lies in super defensive fanboys is all.

(incase you can't realize I deal with one on another forum, he is insufferable)

Most SF fans hate SF4, but play it anyway since it's the current game that gets played in tournaments etc. Although, SSF4 is getting more love from what I'm seeing.

But yeah, fighting game fans are super defensive about their favorite games. Something I'm guilty of from time to time.

The GameStop store close by has the game for temporary play time, but the actual game for customers. I have played it and won the game with Ryu. The game is BADASS.<~ Yes, I said it, but there are no other words or word to best describe it.

I'm not a fighting game person but from what I've read SSF4 is SF4 but with new characters and features. Older characters were also rebalanced, if I've been reading right in the past couple of weeks.

Get some confirmation from them other fightan folks here though.

SSF4 is what SF4 should've been in the first place.

After playing it a little more, I have more respect towards, T. Hawk. His story and moves seem more natural, easier to play as him.

Capcom, really capitalized on T. Hawk...

Wanting a Wii System has improved some.

I agree with this. I'm actually currently maining T. Hawk.

Here's an interesting tidbit I learned about the upcoming PC version.

Capcom originally planned to seriously limit the features available in the game if you were planning to play it in offline mode. This is something that I find really annoying since I tend to do quite a bit of my gaming, even on the PC, offline.

Straight from the source blog:

Obviously there�s no online play, access to replay channels or other online-centric features (and this is the part that keeps the online play secure from hackers or pirates). Thankfully, they realized that it'd be stupid for the legal version to be more limited than the cracked one, so they've pulled most of these restrictions. Good of them to do this... and for those of us who actually want to play it!
