
If you liked the Good, The Bad, and the Ugly, you should think about watching the other movies in the (sorta) trilogy: A Fistful of Dollars, and For a Few Dollars More.
It's a loose trilogy, so don't worry. The only continuity is the fact that they all share the same main character.
Apart from that, most westerns were remade and/or inspired by samurai movies. So for instance, if you watch and enjoy The Magnificent Seven, you might enjoy The Seven Samurai.
Tombstone is pretty good as far was Westerns go.

Go watch Quigley Down Under; it's not set in the actual western U.S., but it fits the bill for the western formula pretty well.
