How come when you Charge and hit Bass his Aura doesn\'t go away ??? I have WoodGut V3 160 HP and it doesn\'t work !!

That only does 1 hp damage at a time

Any Wood Styles Fully Charged Shot does a total of 160 damage, but it does multiple hits, rather than doing the 160 damage at once. Meaning all of the hits from the Wood Style\'s charge attack add up to 160, but does multiple hits. It does like 40 damage a peice any stuns your opponent a little, allowing you to shot him a couple of times while the Wood Shot holds him down. You get it?:conf:

Here\'s the thing: Woodguts is 8 shots of 20 damage each, the aura can block all attacks up to 100 damage

20<100, therefore it does no damage

Actually VicKun, WoodGuts at V3 level does 20 damage per hit.

I\'ve only fought his deluxe in BN2.

Really fun though, especially dodging the charged attacks or blocking them with shield style

First use a fighter sword (or a good ole Heat style charged shot in guts form!) Then use steal 3 times! If ya got the chips use a Body guard with a plus navi 40 (If it doesn\'t work plus attack 30 can replace it.. or a plus attack 40) then a plus attack 30! Each hit will hit him hard!

Sadly, yes. If you could win against Forte the first time in MMBN3, there would be a numbre on his aura. But, since there wasn\'t, you had no choice but to lose. Or you could die trying to win when it\'s pointless.

I just thought of this but what if you used NorthWind on him?

Again, I will say it. If you don\'t see a number on his Aura telling you the amount of damage it will take to remove it, it will not disappear! And no, he was not using a barrier or anything that conceals the damage.

And what the heck is NorthWind? I\'ve never heard of such a chip.

i beat bass with heat team,then with wood guts,belive it or not it is easier with wood guts for me:D

If you constantly hit Bass with strong chips his Aura won\'t come back.

YEAH!!!my friend saw me fight bass in 3,but seince if wooped him fast he said 3 was lame,so i said screw you...
well he played 2 alot and bass was hard for him at first in 2,he dosent know that his arua doesnt reapper so much if you woop him in 3 seconds!!!DUH!!
