Capcom's made another Street Fighter 4. This time around, it's just for balance. Seth got some minor nerfs again,(BUFFS TOO!) stuff like that.

Regardless, this shows Capcom's still SF crazy, while BOF and MM seem pretty dead, BOF more so.On another note, UMVC3 apparently has abyssmal sales

That's like saying they're re-releasing TF2 as "Team Fortress 2: Australian Christmas" just because the new update has a unique name.

It's a patch.
