As many of the players on the server are aware, I've been busy for a few weeks in building a long railway between two locations on the overworld. This gentlemanly method of transportation would certainly prove itself useful in the future to my fellow co-diggers.
Yesterday, I was laying more tracks toward my goal when something in the water catched my attention. Something glowing. Something unexpected, much like how surprises tend to be. Looking down, I noticed that I could see, deep in the ocean, a cavern lit by flowing lava. That in itself was a rare sight.
Staring deep in the abyss, I could see something that looked out of place near the fiery trap. "Jolly, might those be some diamonds?" I exclaimed, wondering if such a thing wasn't a figment of my imagination. "Poppycock!" retorted my fellow players. "Surely your eyes are playing tricks on you, caverns cannot reach such depths from your location! Pics or it didn't happen!"
Yet, as sure as the cup of tea I was holding in my hand was warm, I was convinced that I had found something that few people could even imagine. I decided to go back home, get a diving apparatus, and prepare myself to explore this mystery. Several minutes later I was back, ready to plunge in the seemingly cold waters. "Allons-y, Alonzo!" I exclaimed as I risked my life for some treasure. Lowering myself in the water, surrounded by growing darkness and wild sea monsters, I eventually entered a large cavern filled with wonders. Laying at the bottom was my prize: DIAMONDS!
I earnestly started gathering the precious ressource. One, two, three diamonds? Nay, SIX of these were awaiting me like the morning fog! The attempts of the green creatures to sway me away all failed, for I was on a mission, and I claimed the reward to my efforts. "I must apologize for my doubts and bow to your great prowess", said an individual blessed by humility.
Looking back from whence I came, I saw an underground structure much larger than I had even dared imagine. The sea entrance that allowed me entry in this natural stronghold blessed the area with a bit of sunlight. I could even see the long bridge from which I made the discovery, high up above the wild waters. I headed to my resting place, satisfied in the fact that I had been able to find this despite the words of the non-believers.
