I've noticed that there are now badges, including ones related to a game that I play (TF2) and one that I might play (Katawa Shoujo). How do these badges work, what do they represent, and how do I get them?

They were part of previous April Fools events. I don't think they're available anymore.

As RD said, they aren't available at this time. I've got a redesign planned for these, including a way to actually, y'know, score some. More information will be available on that some time after defense minigames get added to Cyber Grid.
