Ehhh, I've sorta tried out (no one's joined to really test voice) a mumble for android app. The interface is rather nice and has a few themes, easy to setup, etc. From what I've played around with it, the app is rather stable (I've had it up overnight without disconnecting or crashing) and supports all basic mumble stuff, push to talk, continuous, voice activity, text, etc. You can also mute, deafen, and make an overlay from the notification bar that shows users and controls your voice no matter the app you're in.
Anyway, onto the app. It's called Plumble, you can either look it up on the play store or go here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.morlunk.mumbleclient.free
There's also a pay-for one, the one above is free, there's no real 'missing' features between the two. Listed in the donator version is:
EXCLUSIVE DONATOR FEATURES:
- Access to beta releases on Google+
- Email support
- Feeling good
So not missing anything, and it seem no one uses the mumble enough to pay for a client. Anyway, just throwing that out there for you android users.
