I figured it was only a matter of time before they finally committed to mobile platforms, and they decided to do it right by having Miyamoto design their first real game. Bringing the guy out for this seems like good news to me, and IGN's initial report gives me the impression that they get the platform. I'm looking forward to more!

It's pretty cool, though. I'm not the most excited, because I can't really handle the controls on the phone as is. Though, it seems like Nintendo knows it'd be hard to control the real movements of Mario - hence the auto-running, which is pretty neat. Overall, I'd definitely play this game and I hope it becomes very successful!
