IGN : InnovativeBot, I got banned twice for “Griefing” but I just broke one thing. Even thought I registered a while ago I don’t know what I can and Can’t break or grief so a clarification was just needed. Still everyone was helpful.

I would also like to add that the three times I got banned I broke one thing and one of the time I broke it but placed it back. Griefing is when you destroy a bunch of things that are someone else’s not just breaking a fence or killing a cow because I needed food,

Griefing is defined in the warning, which you received before you first ban, as: "No griefing will be tolerated. Griefing is breaking or taking anything that belongs to someone else, or adding to a structure that isn't yours, without permission.". That means anything that does not belong to you. Your ban will not be undone, have a nice day.
