It sounds awesome, but it doesn't go so much with MegaMan. It would be cartoon, more of a "CoinMaster" style if you've ever been forced to install fake games on a phone for "money", rather then a "Beforeigners" style where the short scenes in the Vikings' pub are more hoped for by the geeks, or a "Vikings" style where things are cool and gritty and honorable to appeal to multiple subculture or population types. For cartoon Vikings, I's rather leave them out and maybe just have an axe-lightning guy instead. There are a lot of other "cool people" types of characters that translate much better into cartoons. Like bikers with chains and vests, or skateboarders.
