I was looking through some of the policies for bans and noticed that you're supposed to get three strikes, however i was banned after the first offense and that seems unfair. especially as the "greifing" i committed wasn't actually greifing because i didn't change/break/hurt anything. and yes i am still trying to get back on this server after like four years, thats just how much i enjoyed playing on it.

The three strikes policy only applies in generalized cases. Hitting the well known and clearly marked grief traps, or various chat related things can/do result in a permanent ban. Especially for Trusted players who are/were well aware.

The argument that it "wasn't actually griefing because i didn't change/break/hurt anything." Simply shows that we can fully expect this to happen again. The ban will remain.
