You get the Army Data in Den Area 1, but you need to get through WWW Area 1 to get there. First things first:


1. Beat the game and get the Star Award beside CONTINUE on the Title Screen.
2. Get and save at least 1 Unlocker Sub-Chip.
3. Go to Undernet 4 and open the locked Door in the centre of the room. Now go to the teleporter behind that door.
4. Now that your in WWW Area 1,make your way to the North as much as possible taking the left routes.
5. If you encounter a Virus caled Proteco1, use Zues Hammer to kill them or Protoman V3.
6. You should come across another Teleporter in WWW Area 1 similar to the one you took to get there from Undernet 4.
7. Go in the Teleporter, and it will take you to Den Area 1 and if you look to in front of Megaman, you should see a Purple Mystery Data.
8. Use a Unlocker Sub Chip to open it.
9. Voila! The PMD contains the ArmyData!
