I was just thinking. Normally, you don\'t think where people are from on these boards (and to be honest, I don\'t intend to learn off everyone now) and I just thought: Many of you speak better English than some English people I know and that is saying something:lol:! Anyway, Have you ever noticed this?

No, what I was getting at was that people speak English well. Take Dr. Cossack, for example. If you never saw a post by him before and then you suddenly saw a big post by him, you\'d never guess that French was his main language and not English!

I\'ve thought about that also. I\'ve seen people on boards from non-english countries speak perfect english. When i first start visiting message boards, i thought there was something built-in which automaticaly translated the word of another langauge into english. Its actually helped other people learn another langauge.

I think it\'s about how people whose main language isn\'t English can speak better than the people whose main language is English.

Perhaps USAian kids can\'t speak english well because USA public schools certainly suck. Believe me, I\'ve been there.

In 8th grade, I knew four people who typed like the lamers of today, meaning \"o col i liek tat\" type of deal. At least they talked normally..

many of my friends speak fluid english cos we go to an english school.

It\'s a not-proven fact that doesn\'t need to be proven. \"The internet makes you stupid.\" I\'m far more shocked to see people who actually know how to type/spell than I am to see the ones who can\'t.

You mean you rarely see people who do know how to type and spell?

Try bieng in the uk..
1.Way to much slang.
2.Can\'t even use a damn seach engine.

Im kinda glad i don\'t have to take IT anymore the other kid\'s can\'t work a damn search engine for the love of [insert god of choice here].
